    • Anti-skid rubber material on the deck and standard grab handles provide sure footing and support. The rubber floor mat also reduces the noise, dirt and dust in the operator area.
    • The large, high-back seat with retractable seat belt is contoured and includes spring suspension for good support and a smooth ride. The seat slides forward and back on an inclined/declined track to give taller operators the legroom they need, and it positions shorter operators close to pedals and controls. The seat also tips forward to keep off rain, snow, or the hot summer sun.
    • Controls are color-coded, embossed with their function, well-placed and easy to reach.
    • The steering wheel tilts and telescopes to provide infinite positioning for your maximum comfort.
    • Dashboard instrumentation is easy to read and includes fuel gauge, temperature gauge, tachometer, PTO "on" indicator, hourmeter, cold starting aid indicator and warning lights for engine oil pressure and battery charge.

    There's no need to raise the hood or remove a front-end loader to check the engine oil. And all routine service points are located on the right side of the engine.

    • Standard 13.5-gallon fuel tank provides a day's worth of operation for extended use between fill-ups. And it's conveniently located, with a wide fill neck for easy refueling.
    • The Boomer Tractor hood flips up to provide complete access to the engine, battery, radiator and filters—all without tools, and without removing the front grill as is required on other tractors.
    • A dipstick located at the rear of the tractor allows you to check transmission, rear axle, and hydraulic system fluid levels. A large fill port is also provided here.
    • A service schedule is posted under the hood to help you remember routine maintenance.
    • The battery is located in front of the radiator easy access.
    • Dual-element air filter protects the engine in dusty conditions.

The flexible link ends, telescoping stabilizers, swinging drawbar and crank-style leveling adjustment allow just one person to fine-tune the connection easily. An adjustable stop on the control lever allows you to return the hitch to a preset position for consistent, level plowing or grading. And Boomer 4055 Tractor's lift capacity of 3465 lbs (at 24" behind link ends) allows you to choose larger, more efficient implements.

    Forward-to-reverse shifting is a breeze on the Boomer 4055 Compact Utility Tractor, making it ideal for loader work, blade work and mowing. You get 12 forward speeds and 12 reverse speeds—4 speeds in each of the 3 ranges—for more working speeds than you'll find on most other compact utility tractors. Choose from 2 different transmission options:

    • The reliable, easy-to-use 12 x 12 Synchro Shuttle Shift (SSS) transmission is standard. It allows you to shift from gear to gear while the tractor is in motion.
    • An optional 12 x 12 Electro-Hydraulic Shuttle Shift (EHSS) transmission allows you to shuttle between gears, or between forward and reverse, without stopping or even using the clutch.

    Power Take-Offs (PTOs) are rotating drive shafts, on the rear and middle of your tractor. Driven by the engine, they provide power to different kinds of implements.

    With an independent PTO system, the PTO will continue to run, if engaged, regardless of clutching, changing gears or changing direction of the tractor. This convenient feature makes working with implements easy and efficient especially when working in and around obstacles or when a lot of direction changes are needed.
